By moving the fibre test equipment from the field engineer to the centre of the Passive Optical Network (PON network), our system allows anyone to run a continuity and optical performance test on demand, from anywhere, at any time, using a smartphone. No specialist skills or training are required.
The immediate and very clear Pass/Fail result delivered via the engineers smartphone means the job can be signed off there and then, or it can be rectified, usually without additional call-outs or truck rolls.
